Nadia was born in Takoradi to Alhaji Sidiku Buari and Hajia Buari.
She attended the University of Ghana, Legon, where she graduated with a BFA degree.
Her first movie appeared was Mummy's Daughter. Some of her other movies are Beyonce: The President’s Daughter, Chelsea, Beauty and the Beast, My Last Ambition, Beyonce & Rihanna, and Wicked Intentions.
She has been nominated twice for the AMAA award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.
