Entertainment Thrust presents the first ever celebration of indigenous creativity and style; Ankara Festival 2012.
Ankara Festival is an annual event that would showcase the best of designs from indigenous designers. Scheduled to hold on the 2nd & 3rd of November,2012.
The event is open to designers and models alike who are creative in their designs and presentation. Interested models and designers can register via website http://ankarafestivalng.com.
Registration for designers closes on the Thursday 4th October 2012 and for models on Friday 5th October 2012. Winners would be picked based on creativity and ingeniousness of design. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges consisting of reputable fashion icons in Nigeria.
The prize range:
- Winner - N1,500,000
- 1st runner up – N1,000, 000
- 2nd runner up – N500,000
- Best Young Designer – N100,000
- 10 weaving machines.
