Miley tweeted another photo of her self looking even thinner than the last photo. I'm all for fitness and  healthy eating, but do you think she's gone a bit overboard? 
Cyrus tweeted: 'For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight, it's about health.'
