Raffaella, 24, started dating the 21-year-old Man City player at the start of last year.
But they split up two months ago after a string of alleged affairs with other women emerged.
The Italian model was spotted at a charity event in Rome showing off a noticeable baby bump.
Raffaella, who has appeared on Italy's Big Brother and previously dated Cristiano Ronaldo, seemed happy to show off her changing waistline at the event, and she also set tongues wagging the unborn child is Balotelli's.
