Lagos State government said on Wednesday that its 2012 budget has recorded 75 percent cumulative half-year performance. The state is running a N492 billion budget for this fiscal year.
Governor Babatunde Fashola together with Ben Akabueze, the Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget who briefed newsmen after the quarterly budget review meeting at Alausa, Ikeja, described this as an improvement upon the first quarter performance and a sign of continuous progress in the state.
