CHRIS OKOTIE SAYS ‘DIVORCE IS BEST DECISION AT THIS TIME’

Officials from Reverend Chris Okotie’s church, Household of God have reportedly released a press statement concerning the recent announcement of his separation from his wife of 4years. 

The pastor made the shocking announcement during service on June 24, 2012 citing ‘irreconcilable differences’.


In the statement which was released by spokesperson for the church Ladi Ayodeji, Okotie thanks friends for their concern but clearly states no further details would be given.

Both parties arrived at this decision after careful review of the prevailing circumstances which pointed to the fact that it is the best option for them at this time. They also agreed not to divulge details of this incident for personal reasons.

Rev Okotie thanks concerned friends and well-wishers and asked for understanding. He also expressed the hope that their decision would be respected as no further details would be given on this issue’.

Morally wrong. So he is letting people know that it's allowed as long as it's irreconcilable differences. Don't think the bible said so..

Not just morally wrong but WRONG in every sense of it. The Word of God forbids divorce. That's the simple truth. This means its okay if Christians wanna break their homes and marriages. People out there please open your eyes wide and concentrate fully ans ONLY on your walk with God. The end time is indeed near.
