Meet Your Mr. Ideal Contestants 2012

The anticipation is building up to the Mr. Ideal competition coming up in June. We brought to you the winners of the traditional attire and now we bring you the entire contestants. Look well well o, your winner is amongst them…

ABIA: the best thing about living in Abia is the lovely scenery and the friendly people, James 22yrs stands at 6 ft 1 believes all these has made him the guy he is , beautiful inside and the outside. He won the Face of Imo 2010 before being crowned Mr Ideal Abia state

ABUJA: John, 23yrs stands at 5 ft 9 and is currently a student of the University of Abuja. His friends say he is out going, fun loving and easy going. He won the Mr Physique Nigeria online contest earlier this year.

ADAMAWA: standing at 6ft 1, Zito, 23yrs and a student of the University of Maduguri, a friend of his convinced him to try out for the Mr Ideal State pageant and he had the honour been selected as Adamawa’s representative. Its his first time at a pageant and is looking forward to it

AKWA – IBOM: Akwa – Ibom debuts at the Mr Ideal Nigeria this year with Nnamdi, 22 yrs , a law student who is the reigning Mr University of Nigeria campus ,Nsukka. This football lovers has a huge fan base with over 4000 friends on facebook.

ANAMBRA: Iyke 6ft says the best thing about Anambra is the food! According to the Anambra king , you can never get a better dish anywhere else aside Anambra. To prepare for this competition , Iyke has watched his diet and done more cardio exercises.

BAUCHI: 22 yr old Joseph loves to swim! The 5 ft 9 believes he has what it takes to make a difference as Mr Ideal Nigeria.

BAYELSA : Francis, 26 stands at 6 ft 3 and has been in adverts for Access Bank , Bacchus B& G wine, Dabo toothpaste, formular 103 after shave, wema bank and loads more.

BENUE: Napoleon is regarded by his friend has having the prefect physique any man could possibly have and this probably earned him the title Mr Macho benue which he won in October 2011 and got him the entry to the Mr Ideal Nigeria

BORNO: Martin, 24yrs is currently a student at Borno state university and stands at 6ft 2. He hits the gym 4 – 5 times a week and loves to keep his body in shape. The Mr Ideal Nigeria is his first competition and is really looking forward to the experience.

CROSS RIVER - 23 yr old Felix stands at 6 ft 2. According to him , the people of Calabar were he lives are friendly and warm and he hopes to bring this to the Mr Ideal Nigeria pageant.

DELTA : Juwon , 22 is 5 ft 9. He has always been interested in fitness and is really looking forward to being featured in the Ultimate Fitness Magazine as a state finalist. He hopes to show the world the beauty of Delta state when he wins.

EBONYI: : Hills stands at 6 ft 4. The graduate of Anambra state University loves to bake! He is passionate about modelling and has been hitting the runway for almost five years!

EDO : He entered the competition because of his passion to showcase Nigerian culture to the world. Ayo Elijah 25, a student of Igbenedion University stands at 6 ft.

EKITI: Olu, 19 stands at an impressive 6 ft 4. The fitness instructor loves his pounded yam! And in preparation for this pageant , he has been hitting the gym hard! And for the first time in feb , Olu saw his abs.

ENUGU: Ebuka lives in the beautiful city of Enugu and loves to play football and hang out with his friends. Wining the title Mr Ideal Coal city still seems like a dream to him.

FCT: Andy, 20 yrs stands at 6ft.His star sign is libra and as such he is social and charming. He is a student of the university of Abuja and is known of his constant trendy look so no surpise why he loves reading magazine and keeping up with the latest trends

GOMBE: : Tolu, 20 stands at 6 ft . A graduate of Babcock University , Tolu sees himself as one of the biggest entrepreneurs in west Africa in the next five years.

IMO: Ifeanyi, 25 stands 6ft. He is currently serving in Delta state but shuffles between Imo , Anambra and Enugu cos this guy loves to travel ! and he cant wait to travel to Guatamala for Mister Earth.

JIGAWA : 6ft! James loves to take pictures alot! He loves to hang out with his friends and in the next ten years he wants to be one of the most recognisable faces in the African modelling industry.

KADUNA : Kunle 24yrs stands at an impressive 6 ft 7. He is a graduate of Babcock University and is currently serving in Kaduna state. Sophisticated Kaduna loves fashion and never goes on a dinner date without accessorising

KANO: Femi has been modelling for many years. The 27 yr old model stands at 6ft 2 and to him , family comes first and he believes this is a quality of an ideal man.

KATSINA: Segun 5 ft 9 , is a student of the University of Lagos. The 25 yr old loves to follow fashion trends. Although not his first pageant , he is very excited about being a part of it.

KEBBI: Over a year ago , Ojo 19yrs won Mister Handsome in his hall of residence at the University of Lagos. . Now he is representing kebbi State at the Mr Ideal Nigeria, its his first time but he is sure his smooth skin and eloquence will make the judges love him

KOGI: Femi 21, stands at 5 ft 9 and has a passion for photography! He took part on the gulder ultimate search and says ‘it was an experience he will take with him forever...Hopefully the Mr Ideal Nigeria will be much better!

KWARA: Born on Christmas day, Biodun 25yrs is confident that he will bring the crown home just like the 2 Mr Kwaras before him who won the two editions of the pageant. He is pursuing his second degree at Lagos State University. He is the ambassador to award winning Nack Designers. Kwara loves Pets and says his friends make fun of his circle shaped six packs

LAGOS : Obeahon , 25 yrs stands at an impressive 6 ft 4. With the Mr Ideal Nigeria , Lagos wants to create an herculean challenge of creating an environment which Nigerians could see as ideal.

YOBE: Ugo 21yrs creates stands at 6ft2 and is a student of Benson Idahosa University. Ugo wants the judges to know that the picture reflects his personality: Strong and confident.

NASSAWARA : Conrad , 25yrs stands at an impressive 6ft2. For the last few years , he lived in Ukraine. Its been his life long dream to become not just a model but an entrepreneur and He is anxiously waiting to win the most coveted title in male pageantry.

NIGER: Israel 26yrs is 5ft 11 a student at Benue State University. He is the 2010 winner of Glo’s rock and rule. He is passionate about fitness and runs a pageant in Benue State called Mr Macho

OGUN: Damilare 26 is 6 ft 3. His friends describe him as intelligent, out spoken, committed, out spoken, sensitive and competent. One of his greatest achievements was being face of Guiness

ONDO: Benjamin is referred to by his friends as having a creative mind. The 6ft tall graduate of Valley View University Ghana , wants to be one of the biggest entrepreneurs in the country.

OSUN: Yomi , 6ft tall is a student at the Obafemi Awolowo University. Beating over 30 contestants from all around the state , he took over from Dotun Thompson as Osun’s perfect man.

PLATEAU: Odega who resides in Jos stands at 6 ft 3. This is the first time plateau will feature at the Mr Ideal Nigeria and Odega hopes to take advantage of this and bring the crown home.

RIVERS: Soye , 27 stands at 5 ft 10, and hails from Asari – Toru in Rivers state. He hopes to serve humanity to the fullest when he wins the title.

SOKOTO: Kennedy , 23 stands at 5 ft 11! Just as the scorpio that he is, he is determined , passionate about life and very energetic! A graduate of Babcock University, he hopes to touch lives of the under privileged if he becomes Mr Ideal Nigeria

TARABA: Kenneth believes he has all it takes to be Mr Ideal Nigeria. He stands at 6 ft 1 and was a champion on the Gulder Ultimate search. The 25 yr old loves to play sports. He not only wants to be a Title holder, he wants to be the king of people’s hearts.

ZAMFARA: this northern king loves to cook! He says he can win over any girl’s heart with his cooking! He is one of the youngest contestants in the pageant but he is set to win over the crowd with his good dashing looks.
