Pop star Rihanna has beaten Adele and One Direction to go straight to the top of the UK singles chart.
"Diamonds", her sixth UK number one as a lead artist, pushed Gangnam Style by South Korean rapper, Psy to number two.
One Direction took third place with Live While We're Young, while Adele's theme tune for the new Bond film, Skyfall debuted at number four.
