Health is wealth, and I'm particularly concerned about the welfare of women ( I know that sounds a bit bias) but women need all the help they can get, anything to boost their self confidence and educate us on maintaining a more youthful look as the years roll by. 

I always look for new knowledge that can help me in the never ending search of looking younger and living a healthier life. I found this article and I'm happy to share. Continue reading for the 5 habits.  Number 4 may not be a problem for most women *wink* ...lol
