50 cent caught everyone by surprise last night, tweeting out photos of him lying in a hospital bed - with a few stuffed animals by his side!
50 had said that he would be getting surgery in the near future, the reason for which is still unknown.
Fiddy dodged the questions about his stay in the hospital, instead focusing on promotion for his new EP, due out next Tuesday.
He also tweeted to his buddy Floyd Mayweather: "I don't want to go into surgery. @FloydMayweather call my phone why your phone off."
DJ Drama thought partner 50 had a stomach virus and there's nothing to worry about.
